With an estimated 3250 people attending, I was in the crowd on the Saturday 12 March at Curtin Stadium, Curtin University campus in Bentley – for AstroFest 2011!
As you can see here, activities, displays and telescopes of all shapes and sizes, with people of all ages and backgrounds switched on to astronomy and science. With a lot of kids getting into bubbles too, funnily enough.
