Thanks to everyone who picked up one of the Token Skeptic stickers at the Global Atheist convention last weekend – and here’s a little bonus just for you!
I interviewed Julian Morrow of the Chaser, who featured at the Saturday night dinner. The Chaser is an Australian satirical comedian group, most famous for their television programmes on Australian Broadcasting Corporation. The Chaser originated as a satirical newspaper which was known to push the limits as to what it published and for enacting its mission statement, “striving for mediocrity in a world of excellence”.
The full interview (since this is only a segment of a larger interview) will feature in a forthcoming episode on the Skeptic Zone podcast. This is just a little thanks to everyone who showed support and to commemorate the wonderful experience I had taking part in the convention.
Do send in your thanks to the organisers of the Global Atheist Convention if you attended and haven’t zipped them a note already – I look forward to seeing you all again (and more people!) at future events that the Token Skeptic podcast will take part in.
By the way – the sticker that people got at the convention is the brainchild of the most wonderful Catherine of Faster Pussycat Productions. I’ve found no better in terms of creating special products like my snappy business card, the stickers and many more items like the badges and flyers that you’ll see at Skeptic Zone and Token Skeptic appearances. Do check her site out!
